One of the first tricks marketing minds use when advertising cars is to surround them with beautiful women. It's an age-old ploy, and it's not likely to stop any time soon... because it works, apparently.

Classical music performed by a symphony orchestra, on the other hand, isn't the typical soundtrack you'd expect to see in a video about cars. Perhaps surprisingly, the pairing actually works rather well, as you'll see in this latest video.

Titled Mechanical Synfonica, German producer Alexander Sperr and filmmaker Daniel Michaelis combine fast cars with beautiful women and dramatic music, and then wrap the whole shebang up with a chase through Italy's Stelvio Pass - one of the best driving roads in the world.
